I'll stick to the Rage 2 - Blade broadheads. I couldnt believe the entry/exit wound, amazing! A friend of mine shot the Montecs last season. Put a good shoton and killed a doe but w/ a small blood...

I have shot the Ripcord the last two years and love it. Very dependable, only problem was arrow squeaking on draw but that can be fixed with a little mole cloth.

I would stick to the grunting if i were you. You don't want to be too aggresive with the deer. I have scared bucks off before by rattling where as with a grunt they just might not always pay...

I Have used Ameristep Grizzlies also for about five years and still use some of the same steps that i first purchased. They have never really gave me any problems such as pulling out or breaking off....
