Thanks again for the input... right now I will sit tight. I also have a 2006 Switchback which I like a lot. But yu never know.... I just may put the Trykon on ebay as a bare bow and see what happens.

Thanks for the feedback. The Elite version may be a little heavier than what you had. This version is insulated and doesn't feal like "fleece pajamas".... YET. That's one of my concerns plus long...

RDhunter... which game ear did you get? I really need one... deer have to be right on top of me before I hear them. I just tried a cheap version of the game ear... it was the ultra ear ITC 2 pak......

Yes... I rotated the prongs themselves to try to get the lowest profile. But now I have to lengthen the cord a little and remeasure my nock point.
