If price is not an option, then I would go with the Cuddeback. Got a 1.3 and 3.0 out right now. Both have a 2GB compact flash card and it runs off of 4 D batteries. I usually get about 1000 pics off...

Just got back from the lease, putting another camera up and found the same problem with a CF Card. Thank goodness I had an extra with me.

I would almost agree with you, but being one thats been to court many, many times over the past 20-years, it would probably depend on the judge handling the case in reference to the Probable Cause....

If it were me, I'd contact the office and ask if somebody was there on the property. If no, show pic and ask why is this showing up. If yes, I'd still show the pic.....

I've shot several deer and hogs with a 50 grain Nosler BT. Of course, all were under 100 yards, usually about 75 yards, and all were recovered within sight. I think the furtherest ran about 35 yards...
