I went with a Ripcord this year and I noticed a lot less recoil/vibration when compared to a standard run of the mill cradle style rest.

The best advice I can give you from my experience is stretch alot. Stretch every chance you get all day long. Even with rotator problems this will help eliminate alot of problems when you have them...

I'm not a big fan of blind hunting becausethe deer are so aware of what belongs and what doesn't. If you can leave it out for a few weeks in one spot before you use it I think that might work best....
