ok my luck ran out I wounded a bird rushed the shot and ended up shooting low and the bird flew away found a few feathers but nor a lot did the bird die or do you think it will survive ? I did look...

just an update . I was at cabelas yesterday and found a 1/2 horse carnivore in the bargain cave . With a $30 coupon that I had I picked it up for $180 !!All I can say is WOW made me wish I did this...

3 inch is plenty I use the 500 and never had a problem dropping a bird . I call them to within 25 yards and they drop in their tracks
