Get the string loop, i've heard that the ultra noks have a tendency to shatter. I have always had very good luck with the string loop. Plus it is a lot cheaper way to go.

In the rut make aggressive calls, 6-10 sec. sequences, but do not make the grunt to deep, deer around might leave b/c they might here a grunt deep enough to be the "dominant buck." A very deep grunt...
