I go pretty basic. Breast them then season with a little salt and pepper, then wrap with bacon and then pan fry.

I think Utah is Skybuster Capitol of the World. Soooo many of those people here on public land. I always wait til it gets cold and freezing, then all the hardcore waterfowlers go out.

I think duck is good....it also makes really good jerky.....one of my buddies dad cooked up this porcupine that he got and had me try some, but i could just not get it in my mouth.

I live in Utah and i usually hunt deer and elk. This year I am only limited to hunting ducks and geese though. If anybody knows some good places for ducks and geese (that are public) can you guys...
