good points sproulman... I can't stand how some hunters think... i was hunting western MD this year and I was buck hunting only... I was sitting near a creek and heard a shot from the other side soon...

I honestly think things go in cycles.. Pa is losing more and more hunters every year... why?.. maybe time is an issue, maybe lack of deer?..I also hunt Maryland and I see it going the same way as PA...

There is elk neck state forest in Northeast... there are no permits or sign ups there... never hunted it during archery but will probably try it a few times this year. Ithink it gets hunted hard also...

they don't go into the park much cuz of the huntin pressure and there hardly is no rut cuz the doe buck ratio is like 50:1.. you might see some standing in someones front yard lol

elk neck isn't very good for quality deer... deer are unhealthy, too many hunters... and plenty of unethical hunters in that area.. I can't hardly stand hunting there. I would not recommend it at...

It kinda pisses me off when people say they shot these big bucks and are showing them off... when "most" of the rest of us are stuck with smaller ones on state game lands... cuz it takes no skill and...

Does anyone think it is ethical to hunt fenced in animals.. I know there are places you can pay to hunt animals that are stocked in a fenced in area. I know Pa has a place on the susquehanna river...
