Try a different slug, I couldn't get the platinum tips to group out of my shotgun.
Usew a rest and some padding if your flinching.

Why don't you just upgrade the fiber on your sight. It's simple to do and a lot cheaper than replacing your sight.

Shooting the Fast mod right now, but I have been swapping back and forth between mods. I enjoy shooting the smooth mod more then the fast mod, but the fast mod shoots pretty flat.

It's pretty heavy and very fussy with arrow length. I know a guy who loves his, but I find way to many drawback to outway a slight benefit of a no contact rest.

I tested about a dozen releases at Cabelas last week. The tru fire Hurricane and Judge were my favorites. The truball releases were nice, but I prefered the tru fireds.

If you really want to waste alot of money for Dove shells, the heavy shot dove loads are hard to beat. IMHO, gun club loads in 7.5 are the best for doves.

Ihave shot over 2000 2-3/4" shells thru my SBE II and have never had one jam. I have done nothing to my gun but apply a little grease to the bolt.

The Remigton Nitro pheasant loads make an excellent low recoil turkey load, my experience is they pattern better out of a full choke tube and you can still get 15-20 pellets in the kill zone at 35...
