RE: Coyote decoy positioning

Almost sounds like a decoy could do more harm than good, perhaps they might be intimidated?

Maybe save it for the mating season? Can you buycoyote in heat scentlike you can doe in heat?

Coyote decoy positioning

I just got a coyote decoy and am not sure how to position it in relation to my quivering rabbit and myself. Should the decoy right next to the rabbit or a distance away? Any tips?

RE: Best gun for coyote drives/pushes?

The shot gun is great for close range, but sometimes they jump out of the brush at about 100 yards in front of me, then they are out of range.

I have a bolt action rifle to hunt coyotes when I'm calling by myself. But sometimes I will get together with a bunch of guys and do drives for coyotes. The bolt action is not real great for this...

RE: Slick-Tricks - Retooling Until June 1st.

I agree with Turtleshell, I think all the broadheads are plenty sharp to do the job effectively. I'm more concerned about broadheads shooting the same as my field points, and also how wella broadhead...

Typical. Not to hijack your thread, but, what about this scenario: your hunting on public land and buck that has a very good chance of being a state record steps out 20 yards broadside. The problem...

RE: HOYT might be losing...........

It shouldn't matter how they fix the problem. If the same bow is refinished or if they give you a new one, who cares as long as it's fixed and it doesn't happen again.

RE: HOYT might be losing...........

The camo may not effect the performance of the bow, buta lot of money was paid for the bow with buyer's understanding that he'd have a camo bow. If you drove a new pickup off the lot and the paint...

RE: Razor X5's adjustable climbing rail

I can't believe so few peoplehave used one of these. It seems like the ultimate stand, being that it has the best of both worlds, climbing rail and open in front.

RE: chewing on stand

Had a couple of does directly under my stand once, I leaned over and spit hitting one directly on top of the head. Beutiful shot, the doe just shook her head like it was a bug and continued to graze.
