I bought a Remington 700 SPS 300 mag. I put a Burris FF II 3x9 on it. Great scope for the price. Better clairity (IMHO) than the Leupold. Just my opinion.

I took a closer look. The barrel is a .243 Mark X. The end plate has interarms on it. Don't know why it was marked as a Weatherby.

It looksin pretty good shape, with a mauser 3x9 scope for $230....

I was at a store and saw a used Weatherby Mark X .243. Wood stock.

I admit I don't know a lot about guns but I have never seen a Mark X. I am familiar with Mark V, Vanguards, ultralights etc.
