Deer902, I dont have a pic with the bow[:@]I do have a picture of the tag but i dont think it will matter if i dont have the bow in the pic. Sorry aobut that I didnt even think of it at the time.

I either give it to the guy i hunt with and he does it or I send it to a butcher in West Milford if I want the whole deer.

I cant shoot a buck with the gun till the first week in December. We have a few doe days before then but no bucks where i hunt. I got my first buck with a bow yesterday. Its just a small 3 point.

Ok, I finally put us on the board!!! Its not big at all but it is my first bow buck. I got another buck tag with the bow so i will hold out for a big one next time. Its just a little 3 pointer.

It depends on if you will be leaving the stand there or packing it in or out. If you are packing it in and out i would go with a climber. But if you are leaving it there ( probably private property)...

I hunted in the pm and didnt see a deer. Seen lots of bucks chasing does in a field saturday morning. I thought it was alittle early for thatbut i guess its time to get out the scents.:D

Zone 25 but its very close to the border of zone 65 so be careful. Look at the digest and see where the borders are.

Yupp cant wait. Went scouting zone 6 today, looks good. I already got a doe in zone 9, trying to bank my doe now. Will only be hunting zone 6 a few times. Good luck

I also think that you must place your shot right. Last week i shot a doe at 10 yards with no passthrough and didnt get her. Then 2 days ago i shot a doe at 40 yards and it went through both...

Ive only seen one buck this season. But I still need to get my doe anyway. So Im kinda glad a shooter hasnt walked by me, would have gotten angry. They will be out once the rut starts.

I get in the woods before dawn almost everytime i hunt. If i dont i always feel like Im wasting my time, which may not be true and yes i do you a light but its a light that is built into my hat.

Well yesterday was my opener. At first light a big doe came in. Had a braodside shot at about 7 yards, just as i was about to draw she spooked and ran about 10 yards behind me so i turned and shot...
