I tried the Blazers last year towards the end of season and I really liked them so this year thats all I am shooting , Beman Max 4 with a 5 1/2 " cresting and blazers,muzzy broadheads .they fly awsome

I use BlaZers and I use a Bitz. jig but as far as degree I am unsure, I set mine up to where the vane makes full contact with the shaft for the entire length of the vane and the fly awsome ..

Weighing Arrows

When you all are making up your hunting arrows , how many grains do you allow for difference between each arrow ?

I make all mine up to be 1 grain of each other .

Get you a bottle of GOAT TUFF glue and that should help , never had one come off yet , I fletch my blazers on cresting tape too .....I do not wipe the bottom of the blazers as Bohning says it is not...

AppleArchery.com they have what ya need as far as a jig , I made my own and I can make strings as long as 150" will never need one that long ,but just in case ..Mine is made out of 1" square tubing...

Have been a feather shooter for a many years but Like you said they do not like rain , make a lot of noise when they hit or rub against something while walking in to the woods , so I made the switch...

Gotta love them Blazers . I shoot them as well and agree they fly awsome at 40 yards I am hitting a 50 cent size dot 9 out of 10 shots with broadheads ......

Most ( 99 % ) of my hunting is on Public land , I live and hunt in NC but I do make a trip to Ohio every Nov. to bowhunt and it is on public land as well , I took a 147 2/8 P&Y there in 2003 not too...
