RE: Team 1- "Strut Busters"

Congrats on a nice bird. Virginia turned out to be a bust. I've never seen such little turkey activity! PA season rolls around on the 26th. Hopefully it will be better.

RE: Rain and open youth day

Set up at the field first thing. If you know where the birds roost and can get between them and the field - even better. Good luck to you and your son, we'll be heading to VA for the opener next...

RE: B-Mobile?

I'm with MO - I just roll it up and put a velcro strap around it. Fits very well in my vest and sets up quickly.

RE: Primos Gobbler Vest.

I've used the Primos Vest for a few years and I really like it. If you don't mind a little something extra to carry I would recommend Cabela's Gobbler Lounger - I could sit in that thing all day!

RE: Maryland Turkey Hunting Laws???????

It's been a couple of years since I hunted Maryland but I believe it is one per day. I'm not 100% sure and I couldn't seem to find it on the DNR website.

RE: leafy or regular

I would think it would depend on where you are hunting. Regular camo works well for me but to each his own - that's why the camo companies love us :D

RE: Primos contest

I agree with you guys. I wasn't even going to enter that contest again this year but as SouthernStrut56 stated, "a contest is a contest". I like the Primos videos, etc. but get more out of this forum.

RE: Love Turkey Hunting but hate watching turkey hunting?

I'm with you Mr. Longbeard. I'll watch any turkey video and read any book or magazine I can get my hands on. I'm sure my wife, the kids, and my co-workers get sick of hearing about turkeys and turkey...

I have used a red dot by TruGlo that I purchased through Cabela's about two years ago. It is a 2X scope and I wouldn't give it up.
