Very nice gun there kshunter. i have the 22-250 with a leupold 6x18. I also had to back them screws out of the trigger. i think that is is set at 4lbs from factory.

i have a 17 and i love it. i would use it on groundhogs out to maybe 150yds. If i had to go out any farther than that i would get out the 22-250. The 17 doesn't do the damage that the 22-250 does but...

talk about day-sha-voo. i know that i have seen that target before. well i did some looking and found out that its the same as the target that got shot with a ruger 10/22 at 50yds....

thats a hard decision to make. i would get a 22-250, but i also love the accuracy with the remington 700's. i guess thats why i have a 700vls 22-250.

i bought a rem 700 vls this year and mounted a leupold VX II 6x18x40 on it and it doesn't matter what i shoot everything is under 1in at 100yds. good enough for me

that is a very nice gun. i have the 22-250. it is a very accurate out of the box gun. it will shoot anything that you put in it really well. good luck selling.
