Good point, I think eventually I would end up hunting, just not anytime soon. I think I would rather spend a little bit more money on ammo now, then having to buy a whole new gun in a higher calibur...

Thank you for the advice, any particular .223 bolt action rifles you would recommend?

An Ar-15 would be fun, but *sigh* im in california lol.
