Its not a 30-30 but is close enough. I can shoot 1" 3 shot groups at 100yrds fairly easily with it.

I use a Lee press and have no problems out of it. Maybe someday I might get a better press but to be honest I probably dont need one. The Lee works fine.

I use Hornady Vmax for my 243. Havent tried any of the Noslers yet as the hornady bullets shoot great.

Anything other than white light is not as easily seen at longer distances. This is the case for humans atleast. I would assume animals are the same way.

Growing up a 12 was all my dad ever hunted with. I couldnt count how many squirrel that thing has killed. Most of the time my 12 stays in the closet as I prefer a 410 or 22 when squirrel hunting...
