That's exactly the problem with the electric fences. If the dog gets up enough speed they are through the shock zone pretty quick and away they go. They are OK for keeping super lazy, older dogs...

You would have to check your local game laws. In some places albinos are not legal, but piebalds are, some places are open gun on any white-tail regardless of pigment, etc. Where are you hunting?
