look at the Optronics 150 or 250 or the NiteLite Wizard scope light... all 3 are good deals for the money involved... all 3 clip right onto your scope... just make sure gun mounted lights are legal...

you may want to try some wire snelled hooks on your hi-lo rig... I normally just use a long shank hook and hit'em quick, don't let them swallow the bait... remember you need a license in salt water...
