Update

I left tonight on a business trip and just received a call....

Apparently during the first seizure to occur since upping the meds, our dog passed away from a heart attack. He was due to go back...

We have had our springer back on the increased meds since my last post and he has been seizure free. He actually has his spunk back and seems to have "remembered"...

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, just haven't been on line.

Our springer is on 97.5mg of pheno two times a day. The vet had backed him down and that is when the seizures...

To be honest I don't know. I'll check tomorrow at the house and find out what the doc put him on. My understanding is that it is the same as he was on prior to him beginning to be weaned...
