Neither. I prefer momentum which is different than KE and is achieved by using a heavier arrow. My arrow weighs 460 grains and I shoot 58 lbs at 28'' draw.

ijimmy, I've personally put alot more than 8 twists in strings in order to get the draw length correct on different bows without having any problems. You can also take some twists out of the cables...
