Don't know about the Talons but their cut-on-contact Viper venom flys great and got me 2 does this year.Great down range. Looks more durable than the Talons and has practicaly no bends....

I switched over from the carbon insert because it was to tight on my Carbon express Maxima 350.

I never tried the talon.....the Viper Venom is better built (thicker and the bleeder blades are straight)and it flys great....straight and stable.....

The green thing is his tag...I took a rubber glove and tied it to his mouth....It was taken deep in the woods of Conn.....I just had some venison steaks tonight and they were awesome....good luck out...

Bow kill......

31 yards....from the ground.... using a Crimson viper venom cut-on-contact broadhead......It ran 3o yards and dropped....pass thru with the arrow...Its dinner time!

I love my Martin Phantom ...Straight limb ....Nitrous cams ...I use a real-deal spot-hogg sight , golden key arrow rest and use Carbon express cx hunter 200's with cut-on-contact viper venom...

The Viper Veneoms fly straight and stable and they blew huge holes in my target...if you get them use foam targets to push them through....
