Duck Recipe

Looking for a good recipe for duck sausage and a good duck stuffing recipe (not one that's used to stuff the duck, one that uses ground duck)

You can buy texas rag decoys very cheap. Make your own heads in different positions using plywood, partical board, corregated plastic etc.....

You get about 100 of the rags for about 25...

My shell decision depends on the area I'm hunting. If the action is up close I prefer 3"#6's, if most of my shots are passby's I like the extra distance in the #4's.

Cube the breasts into 1"x2" pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Put a chunk of pineapple on it and wrap with bacon. Cook in broiler or on grill until the bacon is done. Serve and enjoy.

I do use an ATV on occassion although I prefer to walk in. I've got a couple of stands that are quite a distance from camp. If I ride in, I tend to stop well before my stand and walk in from there....
