i own a fred bear epic extreme and ive had lots of success with it...everyone is into the big names like matthews and hoyt when i've had good success with fred bears line..i am tradin her in though...

well i finally broke down and bought a new muzzleloader..i was getting tired with hassling with the old 45 cal. and i moved onto the .50 cal. cva wolf..i also got some 245 grain powerbelts to shoot...

well im new to slugging and im an archery hunter and a rifle hunter and i wanted to do something during rifle season that would be more challenging then using a rifle..here in nebraska you can slug...

wow..never forget this sucker..first deer i ever shot at..nice 5X5 that walked 20 yards out from me..i made a really bad shot and still managed to find him the next day all piled up..

just go over and grab it..hell with the lassoing..if its that close to the property line of both of ur guys land most likely the deer goes on ur side of the fence to so its just as much his as it is...

a very good broadhead for elk would be nap's 125 grain razorbacks..there a great head..the new cutting edgerotating blade on those things are amazing..kinda spendy though

peep sight

soak it in peroxide and water a day..find a nice pot that you can set the skull into..fill it about 3/4 of water and a 1/4 of peroxide..she'll come out nice and white like my 6X6 i found..:D

yeah i dont think the color of the rack has much to do with the age of the deer..my dad shot a really old deer this year bout 4 and a half years old..whiter than snow rack...i shot a smaller 5x5 this...

im really now sure what the twist is..i bought it used from my local gun dealer so i really dont have any papers or manuals or anything on it..it doesnt say on the barrel either so i dont know

well i went in today to buy some sabots..the dealer told me that i cant shoot sabots in my gun..it cant use any 209 primers..only #11 caps..i guess i have to keep shootin the patch and ball method...
