Yep, get on paper at 25yrds, then go to 50yrds, for that gun I would go 2.5 inches high at 50yrds and that should put you dead on at 100yrds.

Thats a nice looking buck, 2-1/2 year old. You can tell by the short face, no sag in the belly, I think he has the potential to be a good buck. I would give him a couple years. But thats just me.

If I am understanding your question right, I think when the arrow hits the shoulder the shoulder fractures, The impact is so hard that it puts them down. Thats what I would guess. I could be wrong...
