Both deer taken the same year in the same county. Those towns I think are about 15 miles apart. Pretty amazing.

RonM, thanks I'm pretty sure it's mountain woodsorrel. Now is it anything good for deer, like clovers would be.

The clover has three leaves and looks just like normal clover. It's the flower that looks differrent

I came across some clover in the woods the other day. I was wondering if any body knows what kind it would be. It has a white flower with 4 or 5 petals (not your normal clover type flower), grows low...

I mow with a brush hog. I try to go slow and cut it up (mulch) as much as possible so that there isn't much of the cutting laying on the top.

Poast and Vantage will kill most grasses, but for the weeds you should mow more frequent. That's at least what I have found to help.
