This problem can be avoided by simply removing the BP, sliding the bullets through the bore nose first, and out onto a soft pad. They will then be sized and can be started with finger pressure.

I'd get an extra full choke, and start with Win XX 3" #6 Turkey Loads. Bought mine at Dick's for $12 per box of 10. I'm guessing they'll do the trick out to 40 yds. IMO, no need to spend crazy money...

I always used RWS 10.75 and I used the hammer to seat the caps. CAREFULLY lower the hammer onto the cap and push gently until it seats. They were on so tight I had to pop them off with a knife.
