I totally agree with you. Me personally, I always use my climber on public land, but if I did have a hang on on state land I would have absoutely no problem with someone using it while I was not...

I think if you put up a hang on stand on state land that you do so knowing theres a pretty good chance that other people will use it if they see it and your not around. I've went out still hunting...
