RE: Which rest is better conventional or drop-away

When looking for a new rest go with the GKF TKO or the Infinity. If you decide that drop aways does not do anything for you then both of the rest can be converted back to the TM hunter style prong...

RE: Morrell Yellow Jacket Target

For 40 bucks its the way to go. Any target you shoot broadheads into is going to be destroye ( unless its the 300+ clay target). At this price i would use the YJ and get an Eternity bad for Field...

RE: Pearson Edge

I am fairly sure the 03s had Stone Mountain. I know that the 04s Pearson have Stones and the McPhersons have Vapor Trails in TS1 Material. Custom strings usually cost you about 50 bucks over the...

RE: need se/pdf info???predator

The predator at your setup should be shooting around 215-220 FPS and the KE is roughly 48 ft/lbs.

That is an heavy arrow for 56 pounds but would be great for hunting.

The stored...

RE: Why 3-4 bows are "must shoot" before buying?

Take a look at Pearson if you are wanting a new bow. They have a great line of bows out for alot less than other companies. They have a lifetime warranty and great customer service.

RE: Splitting leaches?

From the way it looks is that your leaches are hitting the buss cables and hanging up there and tearing. I have seen this happen on several bows. I would try and turn them 90 degrees from where you...

RE: anyone just wasting the fronts?

We waste very very little. We grind the next and shoulders up for chili. If its is a large deer we smoke the ribs even. Then the dogs get to feast on bone. We will freeze the bones and give to...

RE: Why do you make your own arrows?

Most places charge around 2 bucks to fletch and arrow and you can do it yourself for about 50-75 cents or possibly cheaper.

Money is one thing but the stress relief is priceless.

My brother in law is shooting the F-22 and has no complaints at all. You might check around on Ebay. You could pick up a Trophy Ridge matrix for about 50 bucks. However if you have a real PROshop...

RE: Throwback!

How would you go about timing that thing.[:@] I would hate to have to order a string for that badboy. You would need an engineering degree to get that sucker up to speed.
