read books and expect the worse. get the basics down first, sit, stay, come, and heel before u train her to retreive also dont train a dog to young.

crap orchard in the 80's used to hold 100,000 thousand geese. i also do some snow goose huntin around carlyle lake keep the nubers comin!!!

where i hunt we got airraters keepin the water open if it gets cold enough to freeze. and the public LAND i hunt i dont hunt if the waters frozen

I LIVE IN JOLIET I AINT SURE ABOUT THE HUNTING SPOTS BUT THERES ALOT OF HOUSES BUT A TON OF DUCKS AND GEESE IN THE FIELDS.

ONE MORE THING MY FRIEND LAST YEAR SHOT A CANADIAN WITH A 7 FOOT WING SPAN AND GOT IN MOUNTED HANGIN LIKE THAT IT TOOK UP THE WHOLE BACK SEAT OF MY TRUCK TO GET IT TO HIM I ALSO THINK ALL WING MOUNTS...

MY UNCLE IS A TAXIDERMIST IF U ASK ME I WOULD GO WITH THE MOUNT CUPPING RIGHT IN HEAD, WINGS, AND FEET OUT. I AM NOT SURE THOUGH U WOULD HAVE TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE BIRDS WING FEATHERS
