im also shooting a nova, with an arson cam, but mine is at 64 lbs. my dads friend who set me up with this bow works for PSE and travels around to proshops teaching people how to better tweak PSE bows...

i use a Red Hawk Peep and it helps a lot with low light conditions. if i had a little brighter sight pins, i could shoot by the moonlight with this one. the only drawback is that i costs $20.

i just looked at a couple of sights online and they all say that a blue filter on their lights will make blood stand out more... so maybe i just had a bad light.

i tried to use a small blue LED light while tracking a fresh kill. but since only blue light was given out by the light, no red light would reflect back to me. i could not tell the difference...

i have seen a greater difference on arrow flight with aligned broadheads on arrows that have spin. if it doesnt have rotation in the fletching, then it shouldnt matter. i have them aligned on my cx...
