Referring to the 17hmr rimfire shooting boat tail Hornady rounds. This round has a lot of power, necked down 22mag brass going +2800 fps. It goes out to 275m easily with much to spare....

Only problem on the Savage, so far, is the last round in the mag sticks, most of the time. Appears to launch the round at to great of an angle for the chamber. Other than that, it shoots just fine.
