X-tended Range or Heavy 13

I have a Remington 870 SPS Thumbhole and a Jellyhead choke. I've been wanting to try some high density shells, but i can't decide which ones to buy. Any opinions are welcome. Thanks

I was using the scoring calculator on this website. It said I had to put the weight in oz and lbs. Then I went to the NWTF calculator and got 62.5.

Moose, Ihave tried the 4x6's. They didn't pattern well at all. Of course it was cold and windy when I shot them. I just bought some of the nitros. I 'm going to do some more experimenting today....
