I have the same problem with my feet sweating. It doesn't matter how heavy my boots are. I've taken to putting hand warmers in my boots. I put my socks on then tape the handwarmer on top of my toes...

I have and still use the old Hot Seat - It is invaluable when sitting in a metal tree stand too. I also have one of those old Jon-E pocket handwarmers, but don't use it any more.

The Taurus 44 Mag is an excellent choice. It shoots well and is accurate. As far as using it for hunting, check your state game laws. In Maryland you need at least a 6" barrel for it to be legal to...
