I don't think that it hurt the bow, reason being, you still had a arrow in the bow, and I don't think a 100gr or 125 gr field point will make that much of a difference. And like you said, it shot...

I agree with most everyone, the top buck 150's and the bottom buck 140-150, either way they are good trophy's. now where are these deer exactly?

I like to be in my stand at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours before sunrise on opening day, after that I will be in my stand about a hour before sun up. that way It gives the woods time to settel back down.

I switched to carbons last year, I was using aluminum, Easton 2216 now I use Buckmaster 4000 carbon arrows, I like the way they fly through everything!
