Its hard to lure a mature Tom across a field. He will most likely use the tree line or go through the woods to get there. But anything is possible I guess, also don't use the same call day after day...

I've used a few different Hoot Tubes and I like the H.S.Strut (Palmer's Hoot Tube) all n all they work sometimes but not always just like Crow calls they work sometimes and sometimes they don't.....
