I'm not sure about the 168gr comment... Nosler BT's come in 150 and 165gr versions if memory serves. Most 30 cal 168's are match grade HP's.

I wouldn't personally shoot someone else's handloads...

I' m looking for a reduced load for my 30-06. My Speer loading manual lists for a 165gr bullet (this is going from memory)

20.1gr IMR SR4759 = ~1600 fps
