I'm also using a 935 and am very happy with it. As already mentioned, the patterns are fantastic. It's also very easy to clean and re-assemble.

I just bought a Mossy 935 this season and have had no trouble with recoil at all....even with the 3.5" loads.The kick is no worse than shooting a 3" out of a pump gun.

Franchi,Benelli,Beretta and Stoeger are pretty much the same co. I'd stay away from them for a few reasons. Thin barrels "whip" and don't pattern all that good. I haven't heard of anybody using them...
