update

he still refuses to refund any money. says he spent our deposits for the lodge and he doesn't have the money. what kind of outfitter doesn't have 1500 bucks.
anyone know this. guy?

he runs waterfowl hunts in MO.
I booked a bear hunt in NC with him and he cancelled they day...
