krisken, the only time I pick up a gun is for ducks or turkey. I haven't got slick enough for turkey with a bow yet. From what I have seen and heard, the guns push the deer more to me than away. Chris

That stuff really works. Just make sure you don't put the wrong one on your skin. At first it will seem like it will ruin a hunt because of the smell, but once it dries, it smells like dirt. Chris

Try a T.R.U. Ball with the standard caliper. I used one for a while but did't like the noise when I released from the metal to metal contact. Hope this helps. Chris

Try using beez wax before you shoot. Do what c4extreme said with a screwdriver and then melt a little wax on the end s of your loop.
This will help them from pulling through and also with holding...
