Spots on the liver are bad news, especially with hogs, from what I have read.

You were probably better off not taking any chances.

I had a boss tom tukey at about 5 yards once. Shotgunt clicked and did not go off. The turkey simply walked away.

I had put camo tape on my barrel and receiver, and when I put it back...

I got to meet Eddie this past Spring at a hunting seminar. He' s a great guy and very cool.

I also got to talk to Matt Morrett at the NWTF show. The HS Strut guys are alright by me.

Personally I think the glossy stock and white spacers is very classic. It kind of takes you back to a time when rifles were a source of pride...

For really light packing try the Bushmaster or one of their new folding climbers.

Their quality can' t be matched IMO.

85% on my Pearson. I love it! I' ve had 65% but I really like the 85% a lot better for hunting.

I' d put it on the level of a Leupold VX-1. Clarity is good but probably not outstanding. It seems to hold zero...
