Do people shoot grouse on the Bow hunt because they can get so close? I notice a few grouse dead during the bow hunt that I am not sure why they are dead though.

You need the APH permit to hunt those national forests. Ive heard there are a scary # of hunters during deer season but Id think youd be safe now if the hog season continues after deer season ends....

Just thought i would ask if u guys out west use the wisker biscuit arrow rest. It is what i use here in arkansas for tree stand hunting and it seems like it would be prefect fit for spot and stalk.
