Lefty PA has it right. In addition I like the Chippewa Wedge lock tree stand for trees with lower branches. It is the fastest quietest hang on stand that I know of. I also use the Lone Wolf climbing...

I had the same problem. I washed the inside of the slide & cable guard with alcohol. The problem went away. I tried dry lube silicone first and it lasted only a short period of time

In PA the laws says if it isn't listed as a game species it is illegal to kill it. I wonder if the notoriety generated would generate enough income to cover the fine? How would you score it?[:-]

I like my lone wolf climber. It is quiet and reasonably quick to set up. No pins or knobs to loose, or noises when it is cold.

Arrow shaft noise

Beman arrows seem to be the quietest arrows while being pulled across a NAP 4000 teflon coated arrow rest. I have also tried Carbon Express & Blackhawk Vapors. They are just too loud. Anyone have any...
