Here is another pic of the buck, before he started Rut. His small body size, and still has a fawn type head leads me, and most who have seen both pics to say 2 1/2. He's just not a very big deer...

I dont think he is grey, i think that the flash has a bleaching effect on the color of the fur.

His body looks small to me, and he has a rounded forhead, instead of the big flat forhead many older bucks get, thats why I too lean torwards 2 1/2 yrs old. But I admit I am not the greatest at...

The deepest grunt I have ever heard in the woods came from a doe, so just because you heard a grunt doesnt mean it was a buck.

To be honest every gun shoots differant and patterns differant.

I have a mossburg 835, and in my gun the " Federal #6 3.5in Turkey Loads" work best for me

I tried both out at the local pro shop, and like the illusion better than the switchback so I bought it, but it would be a good back up bow if I ever have a problem with my browning.

I like the fancy ones. They are fun to use sometimes. Kinda gets back to the whole early indian thing. I bought a hand painted Tky feather last year. Has a big tom in strut.

I only get one room...

Calls like this are so danged expensive at the banquets. Last year I tried to win a Dale Rohm box call, and it ended up going for over $150

Its alot cheaper to get NWTF calls through Ebay. But...
