i just wanted to know what size you all shoot and do smaller shot pattern better than larger shot. the reason im asking is because i got a box of #6 3" which is not my first choice ( i like #5 3" )...

i would try and get them to gobble with a crow or owl call or whatever you can use to shock em. id look to the woods as their roosting site. you ve seen em and patterned them now you get to shoot one...

take the 12 ga and pattern it best you can. try and get 6 pellet in the head and neck min. as far as setup goes, if you seen turkeys where you re hunting, then i would just hunker down. use a decoy...

i got a recoil reducer for my nova, consists of a bracket that fits in the hollow stock and holds a cylinder full of mercury. havent tried it yet, if you have a wood stock, you can forgo the bracket...
