If my wife found out the farm could be leased for what the outfitters are willing to pay I would be losing my own hunting grounds.

My property is on the bluff east of the golf course on Asbey Rd.and north of 3 mile.

In Carroll County IL the outfitterspaid some guys $30 a acre for prime land for long leases. Recently they are paying up to $40 and the guys who are losing their leases are paying more. The farm next...
