i already took the bolt out and really cleaned it. i've tried all different ways of closing the slide, hard slow and easy. It's happening with all shells. i don't reload.

yes i have the mossberg with the integrated scope mount. so it is cantilevered. i use the 20mm-36mm mounts. i forget what make they are though. my scope is a 32mm. no i don't use a stock comb. ...
