Tide water is a pretty good reel. I believe we sell them around 42 dollars at the shop. Looks like Shakespeares version of the Black-Gold Penn;). It is a pretty good reel, but I like a Daiwa.

I don' t like to dry fire any rifle (I use snap caps) , but it wont hurt a center fire rifle. Don' t ever dry fire a rimfire rifle.

Deer is the most commonly hunted animal in the states. In most states, to even hunt a pig you have to go to a reserve. They are mainly bore though.

Here in MD, you have to have the landowners permission in order to track a deer on there property. We used to be able to track them w/o a weapon in possesion on private property, but that law changed...

I dont have to re-sight. As long as the blades are lined up with the feathers and the arrow is straight (which I do anyway with any type of broad head, mechanical or straight) I never have a problem....

Yeah...the majority of MD is shotgun anyway..would be nice for remington to have break through in slugs like they did with waterfowl and turkey when they made that hevi-shot;)

I use aluminums with straight blade....I never liked carbons...too light for me. They don' t have the knock down power IMO. At a further distance, they dont seem to have a hard impact due to there...
