I usually take the skin off right after I clean the bird. I find that the bone yellows the longer the skin is left on. A rotary tool ( Dremel ect )would probably work to get the old skin off. I then...

Raven I soak mine in Listerine mouthwash for an hour or so then rinse them with water. Then use your fingers to pull them apart. The are remarkably resilliant.

I practice about evry chance I get. I have diaghrams in every coat pocket! Spend most of my time in the garage or driving. Lately I have spent alot more time on friction calls.

I like Primos calls but I found that they are very hard to learn on. They dont seem to have any consistency in their call sizes which makes it hard for a begininner. Also I find their stacked calls...

I got the H.S Strut model last year and my butt is still thanking me. Not to bad to tote around. Mine has the fixed legs as i think the other ones will break sooner or later.
