I would say go with a 70-74 spine cedar at 29". You may be able to get away with a 65-69 also. Do a search on cedar arrows, there are many good arrowsmiths out there.

I shoot a Blacktail longbow with the same specs as you have stated. I cut my arrows at 30". I shoot 50-54 spine cedars and they fly like darts with 125 gr heads.
